Autism United is the organization started by a group of parents from Windsor Elementary, located in Amarillo, tx. We are dedicated to further educating peers, parents, and professionals in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
We the parents thrive on doing the best to make sure our children receive the best education through the autism programs in our public schools. Our group will host special fundraisers for our Autism Resource Programs to help purchase & "DONATE" new resource materials, sensory equipment, books, software or any resource materials our teachers are not able to acquire. We also help fund additional costs that are not covered through our schools program or any extra funds needed for community based field trips/events that the AU children go on.

We are a small non-profit organization formed by a group of parents. We solely raise funds for our public schools autism resource programs. We as parents, want all the children who take part of the schools' resource programs to benefit when it comes to their developmental needs, like for example: fine & gross motor skills, social skills, sensory integration, visual perception, eye-hand coordination, etc... Like any parent, we just want to make sure our children receive the best education possible by supporting our teachers & schools resource programs by hosting these fundraisers.
